How old do I have to be?

You must be 18+ years old to use Fye Fantasy in most jurisdictions.You must be 19+ years old in Alabama.

Deposits:

How can I make a deposit?

To make a deposit, you'll need to link a valid payment method. You can either log in to your online banking provider using Plaid, or you can add a credit card.

How often can I make a deposit?

You can deposit up to 4 times per day

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit is $10.

What is the max deposit?

For a bank deposit, the max is $1000.For a card deposit, the max is $750.

How long do deposits take to go through?

For a bank deposit, it takes 3-5 business days to go through. Business days are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm CST, excluding banking holidays.For a card deposit, it goes through instantly.

When do I get my funds on the app?

No matter what type of deposit you make, you instantly get your deposit credit on your account. You won't be able to withdraw until your deposit goes through, but you can make entries while it is pending.

My deposit says pending, but I see it on my bank statement.

The payment can take up to 2 business days after showing up on your bank statement for it to be fully confirmed.

Yes, you can use promo code “MATCH” to double your first deposit up to $100.You have to enter the code “MATCH” on the deposit page to get your bonus.

Are there rollover requirements on promo bonuses?

How can I withdraw my money?

To withdraw, you can either link your bank account and receive an ACH bank transfer, or add a shipping address and receive a check in the mail.

How much can I withdraw at once?

You can withdraw up to $1000 at one time.

How long will my withdrawal take?

A bank withdrawal will take 1-3 business days to hit your bank account.A check withdrawal will take 5-21 business days to arrive in the mail. This is dependent on your physical location.

Entries:

What sports can I make picks on?

Currently, you can make picks on NFL, NBA, NHL, and College Basketball.During season, you can make picks on MLB, College Football, and WNBA.

My entry is showing the wrong stat for one of my picks.

It can sometimes take time for your live stats to be updated. Give it a few minutes and check back.

My entry was graded incorrectly.

Submit a support request, and we will check on your entry and resolve it properly. Sometimes, there are issues with our third-party data providers that lead to incorrect grading.We 100% guarantee that any entry placed on Fye Fantasy will be graded correctly.

My entry says someone DNP, when they did play

Onboarding:

It says I need to verify my email.

You can send yourself an email on the email verification page within the app. Check your spam folder if you're having trouble finding it.

I couldn't verify my ID.

Submit a support request, and your ID verification will be manually reviewed.

I forgot my password.

You can reset your password by tapping “Reset Password” on the landing page.
